Kelci Miller

Small Group Training is facilitated by Kelci Miller! Kelci has been passionate about fitness since high school, where she first discovered her love for strength training. She went on to earn degrees in Health & Exercise Science, Human Nutrition, and Kinesiology, and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach.

With experience in everything from personal training to bootcamps and HIIT, Kelci is known for her high energy, love of music, and ability to make every class feel fun and motivating. Her own journey with Hashimoto’s disease has fueled her passion for nutrition and given her a compassionate approach to helping others reach their goals!
