STRENGTH PLUS takes your off-the-bike training to the next level. This calorie-torching, muscle-toning workout blends high and low intensity moves for the perfect mix of cardio conditioning and strength building. Using the principles of interval training, you’ll get an efficient, full-body burn that leaves nothing untouched. We start with a dynamic warm-up, move into total-body work that combines aerobic power and muscle-building strength, and finish with a cool down to stretch, recover, and keep you feeling your best.
